Spinach dish










Ingredients: 
1.5 cups milk
2 cups croutons
4 eggs
2 bunches of spinach (only one is shown in the picture)
1.5/2 cups cheese (depending on your taste)
1 large onion
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp of butter
salt and pepper seasoning
butter for the bottom of the dish

Directions: 
(pre-heat the oven to 180'c)
1. thoroughly wash the spinach and let it dry
2. cut the cheese up into cubes and do the same with the onion.
3. once the spinach is dry, cut the stems off and chop the leaves up into cubes
then combine the cut up onion with the spinach
4. beat the eggs in a bowl and add them into the milk with the mustard and the the butter (mix well)

5.Butter the bottom of the dish
6.spread out half the croutons on the bottom of the dish, then add a layer of spinach and a layer of cheese on top of that
-repeat the process until the dish is full (usually the process will be repeated twice)
7. evenly pour the milk mixture over the dish and allow it to sit for 5 minutes (as shown in the picture above)
8. Place into the pre-heated oven for 20-30 minutes or until cheese/croutons turn golden
Once the spinach dish is ready, allow it to cool for 5-10 minutes and serve :)
