Chocolate crepes with strawberries, bananas and cinnamon

   Ingredients

   For the batter:1 egg
   1 cup of flour
   1 cup of milk
   1 tsp of olive oil
   a pinch of salt

   For the filling:
   nutella
   4 large strawberries
   1 banana
   cinnamon powder









Directions
1. whisk the batter ingredients in a bowl until the mixture becomes watery
2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat
3. Place 1/3 cup batter into the heated pan and swirl to completely cover the bottom of the pan
4. Cook until the underside crepe is golden
5. Loosen edge of crepe with a spatula and flip over in order to cook the other side
6. Once you remove the crepe form the pan, place some Nutella, Strawberries and cinnamon powder in the centre of the crepe and roll it up :)
