Avocado Chocolate Mousse (Vegan)

Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
3 tbsp. alpro yoghurt (optional)
4-5 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla essence
4 chocolate cubes (i used stevia dark chocolate)
1 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tbsp. flax seeds
2 tbsp. chia seeds




Directions
1. Half the avocados and scoop the flesh out into a blender
2. Place the rest of the ingredients in the blender (in the order listed above)
3. Allow the ingredients to blend until the mixture is smooth (about 1-2 minutes)
4. Taste the mixture, and adjust with extra cocoa/ honey depending on your preferences
5. Scoop the mousse out the blender, into ramekins or any other container (as shown above)
-> I placed some extra chia seeds on top of the mousse as 'decoration.'
6. Store in the fridge for at-least a couple hours before serving
7. Enjoy :)
