Healthy noodles with fried egg

Simple 10 minute lunch :)
Ingredients: 

1. noodles
2. one egg
3. 3 mushrooms
4.spices and/or ground pepper

Directions:
1. add a bowl of noodles into a 500ml of hot water and boil for 5 minutes on medium heat. (sprinkle mixed spices whilst being cooked)
2. simultaneously crack an egg open in a frying pan containing olive oil (1/4 cups) which is on medium-high heat and allow to cook until egg white turns white (about 3 minutes)
3. drain the noodles
4. add noodles to a plate and add the cooked egg on-top (sprinkle some mixed hers and pepper over the food)
5.whilst the pan is hot and still contains some oil, cut up 3 mushrooms and fry for 2 minutes or until cooked
6. add mushrooms on-top of the noodles
7. ENJOY :)    (for a better taste, don't eat egg and mushrooms separately from noodles)
